EXIT Realty franchise territories are sold by population density. Our price range is based on 4 distinctive categories:

  • Urban: population in excess 20,000 persons *
  • Suburban: population in excess 10,000- 20,000 persons *
  • Small Town:population in excess 5,000- 10,000 persons *
  • Rural: population less than 5,000 persons *

How long does it take?

To purchase an EXIT Realty franchise will depend on your time frame. EXIT Realty follows the Federal Trade Commission guidelines requiring a 14-day consideration time after receiving the FDD and if you decide to move forward a 7 day waiting period after receiving the executable copy of the Franchise Agreement.

Can we do virtual or is office space required?

EXIT Realty requires a brick-and-mortar office space as defined by the franchise disclosure document’s protected territory size.
